[DIB] Spark download failed

The SPARK_DOWNLOAD_URL="http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/spark/spark-$DIB_SPARK_VERSION/spark-$DIB_SPARK_VERSION-bin-$SPARK_HADOOP_DL.tgz" link isn't working if you're running the diskimage-create script.

IMO we should always use archive.o.o for downloading from apache.org

BTW http://archive.apache.org/dist/incubator/spark/spark-0.9.1/spark-0.9.1-bin-hadoop1.tgz is working ok, but http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/spark/spark-0.9.1/spark-0.9.1-bin-hadoop1.tgz nope.
