Bug Description
ServiceCatalog from keystone client contains exactly the same functionality. Custom url_for need to be replaced with keystone method call.

ServiceCatalog from keystone uses AccessInfo. It's hard to use it without big refactoring. Actually, "custom code" for url_for was copy-pasted from horizon.
