[HDP] make ambari rpm location configurable via ambari blueprint

We have the need to be able to include the RPM URI as part of the Ambari stack information. This information can be leveraged for both issue resolution (point to new rpm if need be) as well as for cluster template generation purposes.

    Made Ambari RPM location configurable

    The Ambari RPM location is now an ambari configuration property in
    the blueprint. This will support debug/issue resolution scenarios
    as well as the export of this information.
