Provide node process descriptions

A user will find it difficult to understand what the various components are that can be assigned to a node group. We should provide a brief description for each, either via tool tip or by allowing a user to click on a link. REST API should be considered as well.
This will likely require an enhancement to Savanna controller / Plugin interface.
