Bug Description

If Namenode and Jobtracker are on one node "slaves" file cannot be populated correctly in the case if we want to run datanode and tasktracker on separate machines.

So, we should replace start-* scripts and slaves with directly running services on nodes.

The start/stop-* scripts are useful for doing basic lifecycle management of a cluster. They are not the best tools to build off of for advanced lifecycle management.
