Savanna should determine domain name dynamically

Bug Description
Savanna needs to determine the domain name for provisioned vm's dynamically instead of having a user provide the domain as part of savanna configuration.
A simple method for doing this would be to remotely execute 'hostname -f' on each vm after it is provisioned.
This will return the fqdn for the host, which includes the domain that was set by OpenStack.
