Bug Description

The Android app currently stores and communicates lat/long coords in a manner that uses more SMS characters than is required.

e.g. sm add (cham:empty message) () (-120.76398253440857,35.71535646915436)

To represent approximately metre accuracy, only five decimal places are generally required. So the coords above could just as efficiency be transported in SMS as

(-120.76398,35.71535)
