Map marker URLS in javascript map marker tool is creating double /'s

Bug Description
Go to index.php?
1. Click on folders to navigate to map markers with a subfolder or two.
2. Right click and copy image location as directed to copy location to the Marker Link field.
e.g. http://
Note that the javascript file browser is producing double padded /'s in the URLs. Not a major issue, but would be good to tidy up.
