After submitting new location, combo is not sorted

With existing locations in the hierarchy (e.g. 3 levels of locations) when you select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd levels, they are all sorted in proper alphabetical order in the combo dropdown (most noticeable in 3rd level where we have 20+ entries). However, if you then select a 1st and 2nd level, and enter a name e.g. TEST1 in the New Location field, and hit submit, then the resulting 3rd combo dropdown is no longer sorted. After submitting the new location, the returned dropdown should be sorted correctly in alphabetical order.
