Bug Description
As a volunteer working remotely from situation reports, I think the workflow could be made simpler by allowing multiple reports to be generated by selecting the document.
IRC extract:
<timClicks> I think the incident reports workflow could be improved
<timClicks> I would like to be able to select a reference document & click "create reports from this document"
<timClicks> which would then autofill the reference doc field based upon that information

'create reports from this document' is basically what the tabs are for within the documents view - I guess this could be made clearer with online help text?
Auto-filling fields which are available would be very useful, yes...
