Organization’s details are not changing relate to the selected Organization’s name in IE browser

Environment/Configurations:
IE browser-Version7.0.5730.13
Windows XP Professional version-2002 SP3
Steps to reproduce:
1)Go to following link using IE browser & log in to the system
 http://haiti-orgsdev.sahanafoundation.org
2)Click on ‘Organizations’ module.
3)Click on ‘Dashboard’.
4)Select a new name from ‘Name’ dropdown list.
Expected Result:
Page should be loaded relate to the selected new name
Actual Result:
Page is not loaded relating to the selected new name (although refresh the page)
Note: In Firefox browser it is working properly
