Bug Description
after 110.000 the islands harbor refuses to send out any food to the miners. Feels like a bug.
after 110.000 the mainland harbor doesnt send anything to the island.
The mainland harbor stopped sending stuff earlier for a while but eventually got around and sent a boat full of required stuff but this time it didnt. It might be just slow or it is another bug.

Maybe the miners wait for other food - but the ship which should bring this food is not arrived/not aviable.
have you tried to rebuild the road?
