Bug Description
reproduction steps:
1) NEW rttr installation
2) Set another screen resolution
3) Set SDL renderer
4) Set fullscreen mode
5) Restart the game
The mouse is now trapped in an 800x600 area.
The mouse area is fine after saving the settings, the bug only appears when the game was restarted.
Only solution I could find is to delete the config.ini and reapply the wanted settings at each game start...
