Bug Description
v9022 23.1.2014
load game as player 8 and order ship 1 to cancel the expedition for ship 1 or wait until the destroyed harbor is removed and order the ship to move towards the location to crash
to reproduce: order new expedition, send ship, destroy home harbor, after ship reaches destination order new destination
