Bug Description

I noticed that the bird twittering sounds (ambient sound) are getting chopped up in-game. Like sound stuttering. That is, some of the bird twittering sounds plays just fine, but then there's some of them that is cut off mid-play. It is very annoying listening to when you first notice it.

The issue might lay in the actual sound recordings, I guess. It might also be that the first sound played of the bird twittering sounds in a sequence is interrupted before it is finished by the second sound that is played just after, and so on.

To reproduce this just start any map with bird twittering and listen to the sound cut offs in the bird twittering.

Game speed: 'Normal + ''fast' and 'very fast' are tested to have this issue, at least. Otherwise standard settings and options. Limiting FPS has no effect. Setting affinity on the game has no effect, either.

Build: V.08-844S, 32-bit build standard.
Windows 7 64-bit

I have included my dxdiag. I can provide a cross-reference dxdiag log that has the same issue from another PC of mine, if desired so.

Ask me anything that I can do to help if needed.
