Increasing the proxy lifetime

I tried to use Launchpad to build Liri platform snap packages [1][2].
The build took 7 hours but then failed with error messages related to the proxy:

Err http://ppa.launchpad.net/snappy-dev/tools/ubuntu xenial/main all Packages
407 Proxy Authentication Required
...

I was told that this failure happens because the proxy token lifetime for the launchpad-buildd is limited.

If possible, I'd like to request to make it possible to increase this limit (generally and/or for this specific project).
