Bug Description

I am using the rubber bzr version (rev. 420) and found the following error when compile files

running BibTeX on draft...
executing: bibtex /home/lainme/Dropbox/home/Documents/cross/draft/draft
  with environment: {'BIBINPUTS': '/home/lainme/Dropbox/home/Documents/cross/draft:/home/lainme/Dropbox/home/Documents/cross/draft:'}

bibtex: Not writing to /home/lainme/Dropbox/home/Documents/cross/draft/draft.blg (openout_any = p).

This is due to the absolute path used by rubber in the bibtex module, which is forbidden by the default option 'openout_any=p' in texmf.cnf, see http://tug.org/pipermail/tlbuild/2010q1/001304.html

The stable version 1.1 don't have this problem since relative path was used.
