Repairs the abi checker script in cvs #16356 Edit (1.4 MiB, text/plain)

This patch adds missed modules to scripts/abi-check directory and moves abi-compliance-checker.pl to this directory. Also this patch prevents the tool from being installed to the system (removed from spec-file and makefiles). This tool is needed only for future internal checks of API/ABI compatibility.
