Description of problem: 0644,root, root,-) , rpm seems to create directories
With %defattr(
with 0644 permission.
With %defattr( -,root, root,-) or %defattr( 0644,root, root,0755)
rpm creates directories with 0755 permission
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0-0.rc3. 2.fc11. i386
rpm-4.6.

Steps to Reproduce: mtasaka. fedorapeople. org/Bugfix/ gimp-fourier- plugin- 0.3.2-1. fc10.src. rpm
