LF references to LANANA need to fixed

We currently have at least 2 references from the LF wiki(s) to LANANA:

http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/LANANA

and

http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Lanana

The former looks like just a copy of lanana.org, even more out of date than
lanana.org itself. The latter page I created, to describe the situation as it
has been for the last few months, and pointing to the google docs spreadsheet
I've been using to maintain new registrations.

As of yesterday, I've now been granted sufficient permissions and added to the
<email address hidden> mail alias to be able to maintain the lanana.org pages. As such,
I plan to update these pages and drop the google docs solution and remove
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/Lanana. I'm thinking
http://www.linuxfoundation.org/en/LANANA should go away completely, or simply
redirect or have a link to lanana.org.
