Bug Description

As much as I have to invent something, it looks like it would be useful to
have a new command called lsbinstall. This command would be passed files to be
installed into the distro specific location depending on the type of the file.
This command should be extensible but should initially support the following
file types:

init scripts
profile scripts
service definitions (ie /etc/services)
inetd definitions
crontab files
fonts
desktop menu entries
ldconfig paths
