KDE translations are not approved for import

Bug Description

KDE packages which contain translations have changed their name from "kde-i18n-*" to "kde-l10n-*". Since KDE is a special case where the tarball contains a lot of PO files in a single language, but no PO template, auto-approving these translations has a check for a hard-coded "kde-i18n" string in source package names.

This test now fails, and no files are auto-approved. They are in the queue under their respective source packages, like

Has to be done ASAP, in order to import all KDE translations before Intrepid is released in late October.
