Importing translations doesn't work

I've imported a modified version of the Macedonian translation of Synaptic and got the email that says: "This mail is to notify you that all translations have now been imported."

However, the translation is not imported yet. I've download the po file once again to check if the fixed strings are there and i noticed that it's the same old file and that the po file was not imported. The fixed strings were back to their old state.

I've been uploading and fixing this in the last 3-4 releases of Ubuntu but i'm still getting the bad translation for Synaptic with every new release.

Release: Hardy 8.04
Package version: 0.61ubuntu9
Expected: Uploaded translation to be imported and included in the new macedonain language package.
What happened: I'm still getting the old translation after importing the new one through Launchpad several times.

Hi,

I have tested this for Nautilus package from Hardy for Romanian language and the translation were actualy imported:

I can not see the Macedonian translation in the import queue:

Can you please try to import it again so that it gets listed in the import queue?

This bug is for Synaptic, not Nautilus package.
The Synaptic import queue:
https://translations.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/hardy/+source/synaptic/+imports
says Failed for the mk package (and all others btw).

Please excuse my confusion.

I've checked the po file and it has a warning:

$ msgfmt -vvv -c -o /dev/null mk.po
msgfmt: (null): warning: PO file header fuzzy
                warning: older versions of msgfmt will give an error on this
589 translated messages, 42 fuzzy translations, 31 untranslated messages.

From what I see in the import list, the package was imported last year, and it was not imported by you.
