Bug Description
Reported by Dominique in question #165269:
The build fails with the following errors:
ip.h:70 error field 'v4' has imcomplete type
ip.h:72 error field 'v6' has imcomplete type
CYGWIN does not provide the netinet/ip.h and netinet/ip6.h headers. Using the ipv6.h and ip.h files from FreeBSD as replacement does not work.

Attach the netinet/ip.h and netinet/ip6.h headers files from glibc 2.12.2.
