F0 & Light Flag in loco dialog not handled correct.

Ok:

1.) The light checkbox in loco configuration dialog is not persistent.
It always has the same status than the F0 button in GUI.

2.) If F0 button and light checkbox is OFF and you switch Automatic OFF->ON then also F0 goes to ON.
If you have above situation and run loco in automode (schedule) it still gets lights=OFF commands.

3.) While observationg behaviour described above. I watched that all Fx buttons in Gui changed state, but did no more investigation to that, so might be a quirks on my site.
Ill do further observation.

The checkbox in the loco properties represents the actual state: works as designed.
