Bug Description
Rocrail already features an internal fast clock, but it is not possible to sync other devices.
Most of the time such a solution is wanted at big module arrangements.
LocoNet is standard at such occasions and offers a fast clock slot:

This fast clock slot should be used with the Rocrail's internal fast clock.

An extra option for the clock menu is needed:
**pause/resume**
This will make it possible to take a break in a operator session.
