B4 30 00 7B OPC_LONG_ACK -> Intellibox Buffer Full!

LOPC = OPC_SW_REQ & 0x7F = 0x30
ACK1 = 0x00 -> Fail

A restart is necessary.

I habe no IB so I could not test; Switches are set directly over LocoNet not by DCC.
