filter by date returns wrong results for yesterday

Bug Description
When searching for files using the filter by date "Yesterday" setting, and the time is just after midnight till (I assume) whatever the current difference in GMT is (so 4am for me), files that should show up as modified yesterday are not returned. However, if you set the filter to the "Last 2 days" they are returned.
