Bug Description

Today I got the following error when trying to push a snap from travis:

Uploading bitcoin-unlimited/bitcoin-unlimited_master_amd64.snap [=========] 100%

There was an error uploading the package.

Reason: 'Proxy Error'

I've been getting this for the last 8 hours. 1PM to 9PM CT.

Also got an error when trying to upload via the developer.ubuntu.com UI.

Got this via: snapcraft push as well as launchpad.

i saw this as well occasionally since easter for the daily builds of the core and ubuntu-core snaps ... since today i see it for all upload attempts for all arches of both these snaps

We have made improvements to the upload service and believe this is resolved now.
