Bug Description

Via the admin interface, and on request:
https://reviews.staging.ubuntu.com/admin/reviewsapp/review/1424/delete/

generates:
Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Hi Steve.

Looking at the rnr.log on vanadium, from 2011-11-30 11:26, we had 3 occurrences [1] of bug 873228 before midnight (an SSO bug, that affects us and other services using SSO). Assuming that matches with you, then this is an SSO issue, a dupe of bug 873228.

However, at 2011-12-01 03:06 we saw 'FATAL: the database system is shutting down' [2], though that seems to have rectified itself within the minute.

Sorry - All the above errors were on production, I'd failed to see you
were using staging.

(same issue that hit thedac today)

It explains why you can't do anything via the admin that would write to the DB, it's missing the table to write the adminaudit logs to.
