client send translated appnames, now db needs to convert

The software-center client until very recently send translated appnames to the server. This means that e.g. a review of "(gimp, Gimp Image Manipulation)" for a german user was send to the server as "(gimp, Gimp Bildbearbeitung)". This obviously confuses the statistics and also causes problem when the user selects "show all languages" in the UI.

The client is fixed now. But the existing reviews should be converted. I attach a helper script that generates
all pkgs with only a single app and the output of the scirpt. With that we can go ver the DB and look for all pkgnames that are in the list that only ahve a single app and if it does not math the appname in the DB, fix.
