Can't review Monster Wars

Bug Description
I can't review the new game Monster Wars. I don't see the rating widgets in the Store scope, and when trying to rate it in the local app scope, it fails to submit, with the following error in ~/.cache/

Other apps can be reviewed as expected (in both places).
This sounds awful similar to bug 1466240. But I don't know if it's the exact same issue.
