Bug Description

On my phone I use a different, unprivileged Launchpad id (https://launchpad.net/~jamie-test) than my work Launchpad id. Prior to Friday, the 'Display name' in LP was set to 'Jamie Test'. I thought this wasn't a great name to use for ratings and reviews, so I changed it to 'Jamie Strandboge'. Unfortunately, when long pressing on an app on the phone to access ratings and reviews, changing the 'Display name' neither changed existing ratings from my jamie-test nor used the updated name for new reviews. Eg, 2048Native and Hydrate.

The reviews server gets the displayname from login.ubuntu.com, not Launchpad. I'm not sure if login.ubuntu.com syncs with launchpad, but if you:

 * visit https://login.ubuntu.com/ and ensure your displayname is updated
 * 4 hours after your display name was definitely changed in login.ubuntu.com, do some action that authenticates you with reviews (like reviewing something),

then the rnr code says that it should then update your displayname based on what it gets from login.ubuntu.com [1]

If that doesn't happen, one of the team can look into the bug. Thanks!

[1] Reviews tries to avoid contacting login.ubuntu.com for every authenticated request, and caches the tokens that it has validated for a consumer for (currently) 4 hours, so will only recontact login.u.c after that.

It looks like https://login.ubuntu.com/ is not updated after making changes to Launchpad. I changed my Display Name in LP on Friday and logging in now to login.ubuntu.com, I see that it was still 'Jamie test'. I changed it and expect that after the 4 hour wait, it should work correctly now. I will report back if it does not.

We will also soon move to getting this data directy from SSO, so that 4 hour waiting period will go away.
The launchpad syncing, maybe not so much!

Marking invalid unless we hear otherwise about James' display name in reviews.
