Bug Description
A computer player was awarded points for san-ankou without having three concealed pons/kans. The computer had one called pon and two displayed kans (I can't remember if either were concealed). The computer won off of a ron to complete another pon. However, completing a pon off a ron does not count it as concealed as it would had the win been from a tsumo. So at best, the computer had two concealed kans, but definitely not three pons/kans. This same logic probably affects suu-ankou (four concealed pons/kans), but I don't know how long I'd have to play before that one came up.
