Bug Description
When you call a tile from an opponent (chi, pon, kan) the tile you took should be turned sideways and placed such that you can tell who discarded it. Left indicates the player from your left, middle indicates the player across from you, and right indicates the player to your right. This allows you to tell which player discarded which tile, which is important for choosing safe discards and for following the furiten rule.

I checked out the latest code and noticed that the called tile is not necessarily being the one turned sideways for a chi. In the screenshot attached the left tile is correctly turned sideways, but it should be the 5 of characters in that position, rather than the 6.
