moving application causes odd behavior

1) launch app (from wherever on drive)
2) place CD in drive
2) move app to another location (whilst running)
3) rip CD in drive
4) eject CD
5) ???
6) profit

Excuse the snarky tone. I think there are hard-coded paths to resources but that's a wild guess. I'd hazard that this is more of a Unix executable than a "proper" OS X app. May want to change this behavior although it is unlikely to affect many save for us old farts who miss our spatial Finder. :|
