add last.fm love and ban buttons to list of toolbar additions

One of the things that bothers me most about traditional Rhythmbox is it's lack of a global Last.fm love button. Before, one had to navigate to the Last.fm tab just to reveal that button. In Rhythm-e that button has disappeared completely. It should be replaced, and treated just like every other item in the toolbar. I supposed this could also include last.fm's ban button, but I seldom use that and as such, it isn't a priority for me. The love button, however, is essential.

I believe it would be even better, when Rhythm-e had option to "love" track in Last.fm not only on Last.fm tab (in playlist view for example).
