Bug Description
- Archive rejected packages for which there has been no update or comment in a long time (3 months).
- Remove completely accepted packages from the server disks.
Those are two of the responsibilities which the REVU Coordinator had, but which could be done automatically with a cronjob.

This is problematic because of the permission of the files. this is of course a bug in the setup, but needs to be fixed before a cronjob can be implemented to do that.
And no, running that cronjob as root is not an option.
