(FR) Customizeable review time and alert

- The Review time of two hours is not customizeable, which makes the alert feature useless for reviews which are not exactly two hours long.
- The time alert should not be issued exactly *at the moment* when the time has expired, but already 2 minutes (also customizeable) before the end, so the reviewers get the chance to finish the last Finding and the moderator gets the chance to discuss the Review Team's final recommendation.
- The timer should support two types of time limits:
a) review time limited by a finish date
b) review time limited by the planned length of the review, counting from the moment the review/session really started.
