Bug Description
Need a method to ingest the Played.txt from each studio, and determine which is the most likely "true" playedDateTime as an educated guess.
This should probably use the following as considerations:
* file modified date,
* comparison with the scheduled dateTime for each spot
* comparison as to whether the spot already has a playedDateTime in the database
Played.txt should be purged as a part of this process.
This all happens in the playout:
