Bug Description
I would really like to use ReText for making nice text files at work, but I need it to have a nice installer to convince other people at my work to start using it. If you could provide that, it would be awesome!

Unfortunately I don't have time and resources to write (and maintain) the Windows installer, but if someone else steps up to do that, I'll happily include it in the official downloads.
