Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
* Install ReText 4.0.1 on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS
* Right-click on RST file
* Select open with ReText (opens in new window)
* Right-click on second RST file
What should happen?
RST file opens in new tab of existing ReText window.
What happens instead?
RST file opens in new ReText window.
