Bug Description

The sdist tarball uploaded to PyPI (1.1.2 at the moment) does not contain default.css file. It should be specified in setup.py as "package data". (Though I believe there might be bugs in the setuptools sdist command anyway, so this might require manual treatment).

Don't mind the "package data" part: include_package_data should have already done that.

setuptools magic stopped working when I switched from Subversion to Bazaar. Now I need to either install a setuptools plugin (fragile: what if I need to make an sdist on a different machine that doesn't have it) or create a proper MANIFEST.in.
