Bug Description

If you try to run an application or example without rootin installed, you get this ugly error:
python2.6: can't open file '/usr/bin/rootintootin_run': [Errno 2] No such file or directory

It should say:
Rootin Tootin is not installed. See the README file or http://rootin.toot.in for install instructions.
