The configuration should be read from the config file.

Fixed. Now the database configuration is loaded from the config file. This prevents the passwords from being in the code.

Re opening. The server needs to change its port, and max clients when the configuration changes.

Fixed again. Now the server restarts if the port or max clients changed.
