Bug Description

The ppa is has packages that were created for ubuntu 9.10(karmic). So when you do "sudo add-apt-repository ppa:rester-developers" it looks for a 10.04(lucid) ppa and fails.

Ideally add-apt-repository would let you specify a distro. So you could install older packages in a newer distro.
