Bug Description
In order to deploy rootin tootin to a server, you need to have all these things installed:
mysql-client, mysql-server, libmysqlclient-dev, python-mysqldb, python-pexpect, python-mako, gcc, make, ldc, libtango-ldc-dev, and python-tornado installed.
That is too much. Many of those things are only needed for development, and not on a server.

It is important that the framework be as easy to deploy as possible. I will have to break the package into a rootintootin-dev and rootintootin-server packages. My guess is that the absolute least we will need on the server is:
mysql-client, mysql-server, and python-tornado
