collection-librarian: How to properly label albums with the appropriate artist when tracks are being added/removed all the time?

The root of the problem is that we populate the database by looking at one track at a time. Perhaps the solution to this is to...
  * maintain a list of albums that have been added and/or edited during a pass through audio files that need updating;
  * and, after updating relevant info for all files, pass through each of these added/changed albums, analyzing the tracks for each album to determine whether it looks to be multi-artist or single-artist, and if it it is single artist, update/set the artist associated with the album.
