Debug file gets extremely big.

Bug Description

I just noticed with the Disk Usage Analyzer program that the debug file made with rescuetime was up to 1gb after some time of use. I deleted it, and after a minute or so, it was up to 1mb.

Why is it even enabled by default if it's so big?

I've had the same issue, though mine was all the way up to 50+ GB. I deleted it a day or two ago and it's back up to 7.3GB.

Attached is a patch that should fix this issue.
The patch adds an option in the preference file to turn logging on or off (True/False) The default is False
The patch also reloads the options everytime it uploads a file this way you can change your options without having to restart the applet.
