Window title is never recorded

Bug Description

It appears that way back in revision 32, the ability to report window titles was disabled. This is a little annoying as there is no way to track usage of one app opened multiple times. Here is a common situation where this is annoying. I am working in three terminal windows. They are each running different commands. The commands dynamically update the window title. RescueTime, however, only sees "XTerm" or "Gnome-Terminal" or "SSH to %". It would be fantastic if instead of just the app name or the window title, both were reported. "XTerm - ssh to host" or "XTerm - commandz" would make it easy to group these together on RescueTime but still tag them differently.

In my case, I have IRC and mutt in two gnome-terminal tabs. I'd like to assign those to a time-wasting tag, but if I'm in the other terminal tabs, I'm actually doing work.

I think this could easily be done in the rescuetime plugin for gnome-terminal.
